Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Service Scheme (SPMS)
Preventive maintenance assures optimizing working conditions and save the life span of the Equipment.
In SPMS Scheme, we offer Planned Preventive Maintenance Services (Monthly / Bi monthly / Quarterly) along with labor and Spares support.
Scheduled Preventive Inspection Service Scheme (SPIS)
In SPIS Scheme, we offer Planned Preventive Maintences Services (Monthly / Bi monthly / Quarterly) along with only labor support. In case of any Spares requirement, it will be done on Chargeable basis.
DO & Charge
In DO & Charge or Paid Job, we carry out the work which is not under AMC Contract. It could be repair Job or Spares support.
Operation and Maintenance
In Operation & Maintenance Contract we monitor Chillers parameters on daily basis. It’s help to run the Chillers on optimum levels. Also breakdown calls can be minimized.
Retrofit
In Retrofits, we do Retrofitting of New energy efficient Chillers, VFD’s on Pumps for better efficiency and life enhancement.
Energy Audit & Performance testing for better understanding of areas for improvement to conserve Energy Consumption.
